Meat grinder / mincer (with grinding plate 2 mm / ⅛ in)

Manual meat grinder [recommended!] or

Electric meat grinder (at least 1000 watts)

Watch out: Knife and grinding plate must be sharp!

To cut the meat, not to crush it

Meat pusher / stomper for meat grinder

Helps to put the meat into the grinder without risk of injury to the fingers (buy according to the size of the grinder)
